OK…it is almost 90 degrees outside. It is very, very hot. It is very, very humid. This reminds me why I hate the area so much. I really don’t like the south.
Seattle and Minneapolis both have a high around 50 today. We are 40 degrees over that. The AC got turned on for the first time. Will it get shut off by the end of September? I’ll have to wait half a year to find out.
It seems unusually warm for this time of year. We used to visit southern Michigan for Easter, when I was a boy, and we could wear light jackets. At home, it was still snowing. I am about the same latitude as southern Michigan, yet it is was 70 today. I opened the pool today. I hope it isn’t 90 in June. I couldn’t take living in the “South” like you.
They say 40 is the new 30. Does that mean 90 degrees is the new 70 degrees? Latitude 40 is the new Equator?
