After hours of discussion at a City Council meeting a chain store putting a logo on their store front has been approved. I wonder who got the payoff. If the council had listened to Rob S. this would have ended many moons ago.

Of course the council didn’t want to run out of things to discuss, so they are once again trying to stab new development in the back. Will this village ever get a nine story building? Will we ever get a theater with stadium seating? Will we ever become a city?
