Breaking news…
A semi took a shot at trying to make a really sharp turn in the middle of Belmont and (Monticello and that little road where the haircut/breakfast place are). It was not a success. Monticello is currently shut down by the police as they try to get the truck out of the way. It has wedged itself half way on each street with no space behind or in front of it, and a telephone pole in between the wedge between the cab and the trailer. To top it off, the road has some slant right there, and the wheels of the truck are no longer touching the ground.

It was all cleared up when I walked past there on my way home from work this afternoon. It must have been quite a sight when it was happening.
It was carrying smuggled cigarettes and bananas and bagels.
If it was really being smuggled the local economy will be taking a hit
