For those that drive in the wrong direction through the 4th Street underpass be cautious. For the past two mornings an officer on a motorcycle has been waiting for drivers trying to use reason to drive through the village. Is the city short on cash, or did someone notice this blog and realized how many people just roll right on through?
If they want to be smart about it they should hang out around 6pm in the evening. That would be three quick tickets in a mere 20 minutes. What does going the wrong way through a one way underpass cost today? Hmm….
