No one has a 2/3rd majority to automatically push things thru. They will still have to ALL come up with a way to make things work. Definitely the biggest upset of the election. Three months ago Allen had a 20 point lead. A few macacas, deer heads, religious denials, and hog collaring of people by his thugs seems to have done him in. The ads he ran were the most negative I'd ever seen.
