		<description>Not that it should cost $1M, but I&#039;ve seen way too many lost tourists trying to drive on the mall.  Yes, ON the mall.  All it takes is for some of the end barriers on a side street to be out of place and hello tourist.  Then there are the &quot;drive a block, stop abruptly, realize it isn&#039;t a cross-street and repeat ad nauseum&quot; people on Water and Market street.  I&#039;m not sure that signage would solve either problem (probably not, but I&#039;m a ridiculous optimist).  Certainly, with $1M, you could stand bodies at every cross street and give personal directions!  Where, indeed, is the money going?</description>
