A tipster let me know that the Sage Moon Gallery is preparing to become a grocery store. If you look inside you’ll see lots of markings placed on the floor to map out where things will get placed, and the changes that would be needed.
They just need to come up with someone that has a bit of investment cash and things will start happening.
We’ve all heard this one before…right? I’ll believe it when I see it. I did see lines though. Lines are more than I’ve ever seen in the past. They also look better than the art that used to hang in that place.

I was just lamenting (again) our continuing lack of a downtown grocery the other day. Has Foods of All Nations (or someone else) finally figured out there’s a goldmine to be had down here?
A small goldmine. Can’t have hundreds of breeder suburbanites parked with their results wandering around buying diapers, beer, and cigarettes.
And as I said, they said they need investment before anything moves forward. Thus, I think it is just another dream – like most of what happens in the village.
How are our stadium seating theaters coming along? Oh wait…they plowed a big field and stopped two years ago. At least the barren field is pretty.
…….They also look better than the art that used to hang in that place……”
That’s just cuz my stuff has never been in there LOL!
