So May has arrived, along with blooming flowers, gentle summer breezes, and all that good stuff. OK…that all sounds good, but this has actually be a rather cold spring, and that same trend rolls along.
It is typically around 72 for a high, but we’ve been down around the 60 mark. For lows we are also a good ten degrees below average. There was just a bit of frost last night in some places. Down in the 30’s for the next two nights is the current forecast. Guess this makes up for the tropical 70 degree snowless winter we had.
If my knee was feeling better, and I could get out to run, I would love this weather. Sitting outside at the little cafe the other night was great. A new cafe is going to be opening up on the block next to my house. It is a great location, and I hope I like the menu. I could see strolling out of my house and sitting there for a few hours on many evenings, especially if they have a wireless connection.
