Looks like paying one person 1.7 million dollars each year buys you a win in a bowl game. Aren’t you glad that that the University of Virginia pays their coach more money than any other coach in the country (with the exception of three).

The best part about the contract is that he gets a 5% cost-of-living increase every year. For the UVA crowd…that is $85,000 this year. I would be happy just getting his cost-of-living pittance increase for my salary.

Of course, that wasn’t quite enough. Al hired his son. That house might be bringing in almost $3 million each year. I’ll bet that house is far better than most of the houses here in Virginia. They probably have that new-fangled thing called indoor plumbing and ‘lectricty.
