Looks like the bloods have decided to make the historic downtown mall the latest recruiting location. Such festivities occurring before bars close down for the evening. Who woulda thunk it. Oh wait, maybe the gang markings that get painted on the mall every weekend have some meaning.
Will the freedom wall solve all these problems? I keep forgetting to see the latest scribbling.

Perhaps the most irresponsible statement I have ever heard is this - “Harding says investigators are trying to determine if the assailants are indeed members of a gang or if they’re just pretending.” From WINA. I fear for our community’s safety if this guy was not misquoted.
Whether they are the “Bloods” or not - if they travel in a pack and they beat up and try to intimidate they ARE a GANG - No matter what name one calls them. A gang by any other name is still trouble and stupid. There is no pretending to it - hope the policia there can get a handle on it - nothing to mess around with at all… !
