As the Crapshaw development on the coal tower plaza begins the first thing that happened was the “No Parking — will be towed” signs went up in droves this morning. People that used to park in the region have been told to find other locations.
If you used to park in the area, find a new spot. Maybe pay $100 for a spot two blocks from the mall. What a deal in a village where the most exciting thing to do is watch the grass grow. I wonder if I’ll be able to listen to more crappy music shooting out of the coal tower to match that of the musical marshmallow. Or would that conflict with what will get stuck in TJ’s theater (aka The Jefferson Theater) that was recently bought by the Crap. Is there anything left in this village that he can buy?

I personally could care less about the parking. No one in this village should be allowed to drive since no one can read (i.e. One Way, Stop, Yield, etc.). I really hope Mr. Craps would hurry up and buy all the parking lots in the village and slap a few music venues on top of them. We really need more of those.
While talking about the $100/month for a parking spot, do employees at UVA get to park there? If so then the employees are all earning $1200/year. Nice spare U change. Hoos your sugar daddy?
