Is Charlottesville the best place in America for crime? Relative to national averages and small town averages, we are blowing away the competition.
I guess that explains why there was yet another armed robbery attempt last night over on Rio Road (that is pronounced Rye-Oh for those readers not from the village).
Is all this due to poor urban planning? You know, that stuff bad for citizens.




Oh, but those poor criminals. It’s obvious they just have a self-esteem problem and the system failed them. We must try harder to be more progressive and reach out and help them.
