The most interesting event to ever occur here in the village took place about a year ago. The Absolut Artini Bash.

It was such a success that it will happen again this year. If you have a few artistic skills they are currently running a contest. The winner will have their art displayed at the event. There was an ad in The Hook last week…if I have the energy I’ll dig up the info and post it…if not, just grab a copy of The Hook.

If the village hasn’t sucked all the life out of me, I’ll be there for the second straight year. It will really be hard to top last years event. Is the glass already empty?
