A winter storm warning has been issued for the village. 0.7 to 1.15 inches of ice is the forecast. I’ll stick with 0.0. If we do get that much ice, we won’t have power for weeks, so this site will probably go down. I’ll be forced to hike out of this town and look for a new home. It could be a mass exodus. Will it be biblical in nature? Flying toads? Blood on doors? Ice in wine bottles?
Guess we’ll have to wait until tomorrow to find out.

Suffer lightly thou treading fool as the biblical level of winter hell desends upon the Hook! Naysayers beware! A potential of up to an inch of wintery oblivian will crush your pititful soul.
So, I would suggest getting some bread and milk to stave off the apocolypse!
And no southern drivers are to enter autos!
The news ran a story this morning about the fact that bread was cleared from shelves by the crazy people. I have inside scoop that the Blue Ridge Country Store had a delivery of bread yesterday, and they still have some!!!
Quick…run out and get it while you still can.
