The sun went down and a bit of freezing rain has started falling from the sky. A 25 vehicle pileup has already occurred up on Afton Mountain (is that where some of those Walton’s lived?). If you want some bread you should head out there (walking of course…since no southerners should be allowed to drive). One of the vehicles was a delivery truck, and there are “baked goods all over the road.”
While power persists I’ll be sure to keep you in touch with the local situation. Or I’ll watch Idol…one of those things.

Although thousands upon thousands lost power…I didn’t for a change.
But you are right…the wind blows and the power flickers. One UPS/room is the way it works around here.
