Do these two pictures look familiar?
You may want to check out this post from back in November. The two bikes were stripped back then. Not much seems to have happened since then. Do the owners care about their locks? Do they want the tire or frame back?
I just wonder how long they will stay there. Is this a good image for this perfect city? Or should someone go out and Pursue (criminals in) Charlottesville?
