Hey Guys,
My name is Bill. I was born and raised in this town. The changes that we have incurred are incredible. Charlottesville was very a sleepy town
that had the good fortune of UVA. The town has evolved from a sleepy college town to being to what you must think that is a hip destination spot.
To think that the people that smoke should be treated any differently than those that don’t is absurd. When I was a child , my father was brought home by the “sheriff”. They had had too much to drink. Did Sheriff Bailley think my father’s smokes smelled bad? I don’t think so. They were buddies having fun. They were probably smoking Cuban Cigars. When they were gone, I know my father was smoking Winstons ( THAT HE LOVED). He would laugh and tell jokes and drink and have fun. Wouldn’t it be nice if you sprouts could have that fun? Go run and talk about just how bad our village is. We would be very happy if you all would go back where you came from. We pay tons of taxes, mostly
unlike you all. So snot on about about horrible it is here, we think it sucks you all are here. Pay your real estate taxes and then talk with who do. Renters are the worst.
I Dare your ass to tell me to put my cigarette out!!

I allowed myself to engage in a discussion I should have avoided. I got rude, trifling and mean,
oh yeah and way OT.
I will never read Outskirts site again. As I post this note of apology, I will shut my eyes and hope
not to read a response.
Outskirts I have enjoyed your site for a year, thanks. Really Coran Capshaw is not a bad dude.
I enjoy his eateries, he helped raise the bar in the village.
